Yes, our trusted manufacturers have facilities to prepare and package the products in New Zealand.
Do you offer international deliveries?
Yes, we do ship internationally to Australia and Japan for a few selected products.
ORDER
When can I get my orders delivered in New Zealand?
Orders within New Zealand would be delivered between 1-3 working days which is a standard timeframe. This may be extended especially during busy peak seasons when delays from our delivery partners are experienced.
When can I get my orders delivered internationally?
Orders internationally can take between 2-3 weeks which is a standard timeframe. International orders are subject to customs clearance which also adds a longer timeframe for deliveries. This may be extended especially during busy peak seasons when delays from our delivery partners are experienced.
Can orders be amended?
Yes, orders can be amended prior to shipping. The standard order processing timeframe is between 1-2 business days. Please contact us by phone, email, and online feedback form.
Can the delivery address be changed?
Please contact us as soon as possible to update the delivery address. The delivery address can be updated before the orders are sent. You can contact the relevant delivery partner directly to re-direct the order to a different address. However, this is up to the discretion of the delivery partners. There is no guarantee that parcels can be successfully re-directed to a different address.
Do you offer Click + Collect?
Click and collect is available in Auckland, New Zealand only. Customers in Auckland can pick up their orders at our address. Please contact us prior to collecting orders by phone or email. Click and Collect is available each day from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.
What happens when the products received does not match the original order?
Please contact us by phone, email, and online feedback form as soon as possible if you have received the incorrect order or are missing products. Depending on your order size we may have shipped the order in different parcels. Please allow at least a day or two before contacting us as often separate packages can arrive at different times.

TRACKING
When can the tracking details be sent?
The tracking details will be provided prior to orders being sent via email.
When does the tracking notifications show?
Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to start updating. The parcel status notifications will update along its journey. The status notifications will update as the parcel scans throughout the delivery partner network.

Are they any Horleys products suitable with a dairy protein allergy?
Choose Plant Pro, a dairy-free (vegan) protein that is a blend of pea and rice proteins. It’s been formulated to be naturally complete so contains all nine essential amino acids, including the BCAAs needed for muscle repair and growth.
Do Replace Gels contain caffeine?
Replace Gels have been formulated to be caffeine free.
Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use Horleys supplements?
Not all Horleys supplements are suitable. Those containing high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and stimulants such as guarana and caffeine are not recommended. We advise consultation with a health care professional before any supplements are used.
